Webinar Description
Overview
HR plays a critical role in organizational performance, but demonstrating that contribution requires more than tracking headcount and reporting activity. Effective HR metrics can transform workforce information into meaningful business insights that help leaders understand costs, identify trends, measure outcomes, and make better-informed decisions.
This practical webinar explores how HR professionals can move beyond basic reporting and use meaningful metrics to demonstrate HR’s contribution to organizational goals.
